Our work begins with the introduction of a Sales Executive who attributes over 15 years of specialized experience to their success with Be Media. This person will not only serve as your contact, but also as your champion. It is their objective to take from their background and work with you to isolate the specific needs of your project. Your collaboration will lead to determining a budget and plan, and that plan will be delivered as objectives into what we refer to as The Process.

Be Media’s creative implementation team includes some of the most prominent attraction and environment wizards in the industry. These are the people that look at your concept and objectives and conceptualize the perfect technologies for your project, including the dreaded wires, knobs and hardware – completely foreign to even the most veteran hobby enthusiast or retail professional. To be a member of this elite task force of Be Media, each member has a remarkable resume, so even if a technology answer isn’t immediate, they know exactly where to go.

Likely, those answers are from the manufacturers themselves. Be Media is affiliated as an authorized dealer to over 200 different technology manufacturers and associates so that we have direct access to their products and technical expertise.

Once your project is thoroughly designed and the perfect technologies are specified, Be Media provides even more specialty. Be Media will also work with manufactures to procure these perfect technologies while our in- house staff of Project Managers, Crew Leaders, Programmers, Fabricators and Installation Technicians are all ready make your project “come to life.”

Each of these individuals has a specific degree of qualification as it relates to their work. Each of our control programmers is qualified in Graphical User Interfaces, specifically in PLC design and/or manufacturer certified in look, function and installation. Each of our design technicians has received formal CAD training at respected universities, and the project team has received factory training at many highly relevant factory institutions.
