Shea Homes - Trilogy

Shea Homes builds more than houses, they build communities. Their most complete approach to these communities is embraced in their Trilogy concept of “active adult communities.” These are complete villages offering the residents access to golf courses, athletic facilities, community centers and much more.

To fully actualize this vision of Trilogy, Shea Homes turned to Be Media to design, engineer, fabricate and implement the audio, video, system control and programming for all of the communities’ public buildings which include the tour center (with multiple areas utilizing state-of-the-art presentation technologies), banquet facilities, the community club house, fitness center, spa and golf clubhouse.
