Heron City - Can Drago

Heron International’s third Heron City, Can Drago, in Barcelona, Spain (at over 300,000 square feet) provided Be Media with yet another opportunity to partner with Illuminating Concepts to deliver a sight and sound spectacular. The significant difference of Can Drago from the Kungens Kurva project is that Can Drago is primarily outdoors.

Much of the head-end equipment and programming was similar to that installed at Kungens Kurva in Sweden but the approach Be Media took to the overall sound reinforcement required different techniques to successfully accommodate the different environment. Be Media provided the control systems for the lighting tower attraction, fountain show and the special events venue in addition to facility-wide and special event audio.
